Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order.
Shipping options and transit times will be provided at checkout.
In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested.
All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply email us at email@example.com to request a return authorization number within 14 days of the order's delivery date.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Any sign of use will not be accepted and will result in the merchandise being sent back to the customer.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise to process a return. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. You may also request to have the item returned as a credit towards your future purchase with us.
